Rules
These apply in the game, on this website and on our Discord.
- Play fair. No cheats, hacks, packet tools, speed tools or modified game files. No bots and no unattended play of any kind.
- Report bugs, do not use them. If you find a way to copy items, or to gain experience or money in a way that was plainly not meant, tell the staff. Using it or passing it on gets the account closed.
- Player killing is part of the game. Being killed by another player is not harassment, and the game punishes killers with the outlaw status. Following one player around for hours to stop them playing is harassment.
- One person, one account in events. You may have several accounts, but not several of them in the same Blood Castle, Devil Square or Castle Siege.
- Be decent in chat. No racism, no hate, no threats, no sexual content, and no real-life personal details of anyone.
- No real-money trading. Accounts, characters, items, zen and reward points are not to be bought or sold for money. The website's market moves zen only.
- Your account is your responsibility. Do not share it. Staff will never ask for your password.
- No advertising of other servers, and no spam.
- Names of characters and guilds must not be offensive and must not pretend to be staff.
- Staff decisions are final. If you think one was wrong, explain calmly to a member of staff and it will be looked at by someone else.
What happens if you break them
A warning, then a mute or a temporary ban, then a permanent ban. Cheating and item copying go straight to a permanent ban. A ban or mute and its reason are shown on your account page.
Reporting a player
Use the report form and choose "Another player". Give the character name, what happened, when and on which map. Only staff read it. Report a problem
